What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior EMEA Supplier Suggestions & Change Request Coordinator position at POL Aptiv Services Poland S.A.?
This position requires the ability to work very collaboratively, demonstrate strong influencing and communication skills and the ability to work with senior staff and management to support changes and ensure flawless change management process. The person will need to manage relationships in interdisciplinary and multinational environments. An outstanding approach to customer requirements is essential.
Your Role
- Work closely with Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE)/Advanced Quality Engineers (AQE) and Category Teams to ensure implementation of change requests from Suppliers ( Suppliers Suggestion Change Request Process)
- Coordinate details of Supplier changes inside Aptiv Organization or rejecting Supplier change request to ensure sufficient data from Suppliers
- Monitoring of Customer releases ( OEM) with proposed changes
- Actively Participate and coordination in existing Supplier changes requests
- Maintain Project database to track the status and provide reports
- Initiating Sampling requests to Suppliers to perform Fit and Function evaluation to obtain AQE approval according to AIAG, VDA
- Organizing escalation meetings with Suppliers and Central Purchasing Team for suppliers not respecting Change Process ( SSCR)
Your Background
- Experience of min 1 year of Supplier Quality, Advance Quality, Process Quality or change management Area in Automotive Industry
- Knowledge of manufacturing, quality and engineering processes
- Knowledge of Customer Specific requirements and Automotive Standards
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of MS Excel at an intermediate level: conditional formatting, analyzing data in pivot tables, charts
Preferred knowledge/skills:
- other analysis tools: e.g. Power BI
- Interpersonal skills to lead Project with multidisciplinary Teams
- Knowledge regarding Market Intelligence & Data Analytics and Understanding the impact of Sustainability
