What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Validation Support Engineer position at POL Aptiv Services Poland S.A.?
We are looking for a person to join our validation team, who will actively support our engineers and laboratories in carrying out processes.
This position is responsible for a contact with the Finance, Logistics and Purchasing departments in the procurement process and budget control and also a contact with laboratory groups to reserve resources (equipment and people) in accordance with project requirements.
Your role:
Equipment scheduling and booking according to project timing and requirements
Support the process of purchasing materials and equipment
Control of operating and capital budget
Taking care about good company image during contact with Clients and Contractors
Permanent self-learning and professional skills developing
Protect Aptiv Proprietary Information, care for company property and image
On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the valid quality system valid for Aptiv Services Poland S.A. in Krakow
Control of measurement equipment used in the laboratory
Your background:
Engineering degree (electronics, mechanics, management or similar)
Ability to speak, read and write in English
Ability to work as a part of a larger engineering team
Analytical approach to problem solving
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Understanding of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 17025
