Validation Engineer

As an Validation Engineer you will play a key role to ensure APTIV’s product quality by leading design and product validation in one of the biggest Aptiv Validation Laboratory worldwide.  If you are well- organized, detail-oriented and have a strong engineering background, we’d like to meet you.

Your role:

• Develop Validation Test Plan (what, how, test condition and criteria) or test plan.

• Analyze customer’s requirement and/or product usage environment conditions.

• Maintain timing of Validation execution in compliance with the quality system.

• Participate in project meeting and team meeting to ensure smooth running of projects.

• Coordination and Communication with Vendor and Customer.

• Creation, actualization, coordination and storage of project documentation.

Your background:

• Engineering degree (electronics, mechanics, physics or similar)

• Working experience (preferred automotive area)

• Ability to speak, read and write English  , German or French (will be advantage)

• Good communication skills

• Open minded, willing to learn

• Ability to work as a part of a larger engineering team

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Python (will be advantage)

• Understanding of ISO Standard, IATF 16949 and ISO 17025 (will be advantage)
