Overview
Pol-Tex is currently seeking a Bi-Lingual HR Department Assistant. A successful candidate must be able to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Department Assistants at Pol-Tex are responsible for preparing reports, data entry using MS excel and AS400, screening calls in support of multiple department managers at the company, and possibly assisting with projects. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.
Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform various support services which may include preparing report and screening calls.
- Assist with Human Resources department with applicant recruiting and new hire orientation.
- Responsible for administrative duties directly supporting a department.
- Data entry using MS Excel and AS-400
- Take additional responsibilities as required or assigned
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred
- 1 to 3 years experience supporting a department in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and reprioritize as shifting business needs require
- Strong analytical skills
- Bilingual
- Proactive, self-motivated individuals capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Professionally handling phone calls and administrative duties.
