Job Summary:
The Concierge is a pivotal role within the boutique, responsible for providing unparalleled service to clients and ensuring an exceptional experience while showcasing the brand's heritage and craftsmanship. This is a support role to leadership and sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations and product demonstrations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Rolex collections, features, and history to effectively communicate the brand's value.
- Assist with the sales process, including order placement, follow-up, and post-purchase support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Organize and support boutique events, including private viewings and VIP gatherings, to enhance client relationships.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits.
- Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and ensure displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Gather client feedback and insights to help improve service offerings and address any concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the boutique team to maintain a cohesive environment and achieve collective goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is highly desirable.
