Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods such as banquets or events.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure efficient service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or related roles in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and ability to create new drink offerings is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
