- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff.
- Properly store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables as needed to maintain a clean dining environment.
Skills
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
