Job Summary:
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while following individualized service plans. Treat each resident with dignity and respect, recognizing their unique needs and promoting independence. Help create a warm, home-like environment within the community.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and escorting to meals or activities. Encourage residents to maintain independence as much as possible.
- Serve meals in the dining room or residents’ apartments, ensuring they receive proper nutrition and hydration while respecting their right to make choices. Monitor and report any changes in eating habits.
- Foster social engagement by encouraging residents to participate in activities and build connections with others.
- Maintain accurate daily records and follow company policies for documentation. Report any changes in residents’ physical or mental condition, as well as incidents, to the supervisor.
- Keep the living environment clean, safe, and organized, including routine housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident requests and follow proper emergency protocols.
- Monitor residents’ whereabouts, remind them to sign out when leaving, and immediately report any missing residents.
- Support a positive team environment by working collaboratively with co-workers.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
