Job Description: As a Salesman at Polar Corporation, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in the aerospace market for small components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aerospace market for small components.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the aerospace market and small components.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
