Process Technician, Etch, N Shift

N Shift - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6pm - 6am - 14% Shift Differential

JOB SUMMARY

Sustain current etch processes to achieve greater line, parametric, and die yields. Monitor process trends to ensure compliance with necessary parameters. Monitor product and test wafer data to maintain process quality and make process adjustments as necessary. Optimize equipment availability by responding to qualification, inline measurement, and FabGuard events. Respond to lot holds and disposition as required. Assist Process Engineering lead engineers with capacity, tool qualification, process improvement, and other projects. Maintain documentation and statistical process control charts. Work as a team player with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Maintenance, and Production.

REQUIREMENTS

Associate's Degree in a technical field

Other requirements include: knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques; experience and certification for one or more of wafer processing tool sets; SPC; technical writing; computers (MS Outlook and Excel); Calculations with fractions and percentages. interfacing with people; problem solving; and organization.

The estimated base hourly range for the position is $20.20-$31.10 plus applicable shift differentials. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
