JOB DUTIES
This engineering position is for a Principal Process Engineering owner for diffusion furnaces, with primary technical focus on thin thermally grown gate oxides.
Key responsibilities include sustaining and improving equipment and process related metrics. Additional responsibilities include continually improving processes, developing & transferring new processes into production, new tool start-ups, controlling film thicknesses and particle performance, setting up and maintaining specifications and other documentation, managing statistical process control charts, and analyzing and identifying process failure modes and integrating recommend changes.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of semiconductor processing methods and techniques.
Experience growing and characterizing thin thermal gate dielectrics in a batch diffusion furnace.
Requires an advanced degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, or Physics plus at least 5 years relevant experience or a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years relevant experience.

The estimated base salary range for the position is $129,000- $150,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
