Summary
The successful candidate will join a team of Design Enablement engineers enabling software tools used in the design flow for utilizing Polar PDKs. The position will involve in developing Design Rule Manuals as well as PEX runsets for Polar technologies and working closely with other PDK engineers to release high quality PDKs to Polar customers.

The position will involve in developing Design Rule Manuals as well as PEX runsets for Polar technologies and working closely with other PDK engineers to release high quality PDKs to Polar customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop robust design rules and PEX runsets by working with various teams: Process integration/OPC/Process/Device/TCAD/PDK/PDK QA.
- Drive DM updates and proper documentations
- Own and release DM
- Drive to improve PEX development efficiency
- Drive to ensure PEX model matches with silicon.
- Regression flow to provide quality assurance (QA) flow for testing of PEX, EDA tools and applications.
- Support internal/external customer on DM/PEX related questions
- MS in EE/Physics preferred. Relevant internship and/or work-experience much preferred
- 5 year experiences in one these areas: Process Integration/Device/Model/TCAD preferred
- Previous Experiences in Design Manual and/or PEX engineer is a plus
- Experiences with testchip DOE design and data analysis is a plus
- Familiar with CMOS process flow, Solid state device physics
- Experience with one of the scripting languages: Python/Tcl/Perl is a plus
- Proficient in both Windows and Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with Shell scripting is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated that can work well in a multiple team environment
- Team oriented spirit and willing to wear multiple hats and eager to learn new skills

Salary : $105,000 - $138,500
