Responsibilities
- Assemble cable components following technical drawings and specifications.
- Utilize specialized hydraulic and pneumatic tools for assembly.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Operate machinery and adjust settings to meet production requirements.
- Assist with inventory management, kitting materials, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient production.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cable assembly or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong mechanical knowledge working with hand/power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently or in teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
