Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily assembly line operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Train and mentor team members, providing order-specific briefings and workstation setup.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Perform advanced assembly tasks, including critical assembly processes and final quality inspections.
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time, identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production management to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes, quality standards, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced production setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly instructions.
