At Polara Enterprises, we're seeking a seasoned Sr. Quality Engineer to drive process excellence and lead our team in achieving the highest standards of quality. With a strong background in ISO 9000 certification and Lean Continuous Process Improvement, you'll provide technical support for our Quality Management System and ensure seamless collaboration with sales, engineering, procurement, and production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to maintain our Quality Management System and perform duties in their absence.
- Proven experience in maintaining ISO 9000 certification through auditing, reporting KPIs, documentation generation, and maintenance.
- Provide technical quality oversight for contract review, design review, work order review, vendor qualification, and production audit.
- Serve as a member of the Material Review Board (MRB) and develop methods for disposition, additional process steps, and inspection/documentation updates.
- Develop and implement quality tools such as FMEA, PMP, SPC, and 8D methodology.
- Sponsor regulatory, partnership, or customer audits and participate in internal and external audits.
