RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Oversee financial reporting to ensure GAAP compliance
- Analyze financial and operational metrics, providing recommendations
- Monitor financial performance of customers, projects, and revenue streams
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and cash flow
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external partners
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Ensure compliance with ESOP regulations and government requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software
- CPA or CMA designation preferred
- Bonus points for experience working with ESOP companies
