$50,000 SALARY PLUS COMMISSION

Polaris Brand Promotions, a nationwide promotional staffing agency based outside of Philadelphia, PA, creates unforgettable brand experiences for consumers.
The Sales Representative would be responsible for driving our outbound sales efforts. In addition, the Sales Representative will take on ad-hoc projects as needed to support the growth and development of the business.
· Conduct outbound sales outreach to target clients by phone and email
· Contact potential clients utilizing sales platforms and resources
· Research new avenues and opportunities for business development
· Participate in sales meetings with new and potential clients
· Educate potential clients about service offerings
· Assist Operations department with onboarding of new clients and related programs
· Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals as outlined by senior management
Qualifications
· Two to five years of sales or equivalent experience
· Must be detail oriented
· Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
· Experience with HubSpot preferred but not required
· Ability to travel up to 2%, including regionally and nationally
Compensation & Other Details
· $50,000 salary
· 10% commission on gross sales of staffing and related services; 5% on annual renewals
· Health insurance after 90-day probationary period
