Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on job sites.
- Manage and direct crews, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and job specifications to ensure proper execution.
- Monitor project progress and address issues to keep work on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure work meets industry standards.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and team members.
- Train and mentor crew members as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a construction foreman or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to speak Spanish.
