Assistant Administrator – Join Our Team!
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Administrator to help ensure quality resident care and maintain compliance with Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Labor (DOL) regulations. Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the home health field preferred.
- Must be able to successfully perform all essential job duties.
Skills & Abilities:
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize software essential to facility operations.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the facility, including environmental and dietary services.
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of services provided by staff to ensure compliance and resident satisfaction.
- Support staff education, training, and performance evaluations.
- Help recruit, screen, and schedule interviews for open positions in a timely manner.
- Build relationships within the industry and community to foster growth and referral opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a caring, professional team dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our residents.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Salary 50k to 60k
- One weekend day per week is required – flexibility is a must.
