Job Responsibilities
As the Director of Nursing, you will :
- Oversee the daily clinical operations, ensuring high standards of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive team culture.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to meet residents' needs.
- Monitor and manage clinical budgets, supplies, and staffing schedules.
