We are seeking an experienced EVS (Environmental) Director with light maintenance experience to join ourPort Jervis facility team.
Responsibilities Snapshot:
- Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion and accurate tracking of information of all orders
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Keeping administrator up to date with outstanding projects and needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Experience working in a hospital, home care facility, or assisted living facility is required
- Property, building, or housekeeping experience is preferred
