Law office in North Pole seeks mature and reliable person to perform administrative tasks and customer service support. Must possess integrity, independence, sound judgment, and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work well with other team members and perform tasks with minimal direction and supervision. Ability to speak other languages is a plus. Duties include performing management, administrative, and clerical tasks in support of the law office and commercial building management of professional tenants. Alaska Notary Public commission and clean driving record required. Must have a valid, unsuspended driver's license. Typical duties are as follows: Manage office supplies and equiment inventory, provide administrative support attorneys, legal interns, and legal assistants; coordinate and manage all office vendors/supplier accounts; answer and return all phone and email inquiries; intake leads and clients in person and online; schedule appointments and prepare nonlegal documents; maintain and manage administrative and client files; oversight of firm's website and online business pages and customer reviews; coordinate firm marketing and advertising with owner; other relevant duties as assigned. Must be able to type, understand office technology and equipment, Office and Google Suites. The office hours are Monday to Thursday (Law Office closed on Fridays) with core hours at 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. No overtime or weekend hours are required.
