The Office Manager will handle administrative tasks, ensure efficient office operations, and coordinate essential documentation for state modular permit processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies to meet staff needs.
- Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital.
- Reception Desk Operations:
- Operate the reception desk, greeting visitors and managing front desk activities.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for clients and guests.
- Phone Management:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage the company phone tree, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Handle inquiries and relay messages accurately.
- Documentation Management:
- Prepare, review, and submit general documents as required.
- Assist with state modular permit applications and resubmissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate timely document submissions.
- Supportive Tasks:
- Assist team members with administrative needs to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, calls, and other office events.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support office functions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with modular construction or permitting processes is a plus.
- Previous experience in the construction field is preferred.
Work Environment: This is an on-site position at our office located at 6582 S Airport Rd West Jordan, UT 84084. The Office Manager will collaborate closely with the operations, project management, and permitting teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
