Pharmacy Licensing Clerk
A pharmacy licensing clerk supports the licensing department by managing administrative tasks related to acquiring and processing licenses, including data entry, document preparation, communication with applicants, tracking license renewals, and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, and working closely with licensing manager to facilitate smooth operations across the licensing process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform follow up calls to various entities
- Communication with the Boards of Pharmacy
- Prepare forms and application processing
- Document generation
- Renewal tracking
- Record keeping
- Supports the Compliance and Regulatory team by ensuring any tasks given are followed though
Expected Professional Competencies
- Proven ability to respond to change and demands by prioritizing and multi-tasking
- Follow task/duties directed by management
- Making phone calls, answering phone calls, and taking messages
- Responding to emails timely
- Communicate professionally by phone and email
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Required Education and/or Training
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
