Polaris Tech Charter School is looking for a Front Office Assistant for our K-12 campus to finish out this school year. This vital role is essential for supporting the operational efficiency of the school and helping create a welcoming environment for students, parents, and visitors.

- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate student records and assist with filing and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate communication between administration, staff, and families.
- Assist with the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Handle inquiries regarding school policies, programs, and activities.
- Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in office administration preferred.
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong communication, bilingual and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and office equipment.
- Must have experience with Power School
- Manage attendance
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Enthusiastic, professional demeanor with a desire to assist others.
