Polaris Windows & Doors is a growing manufacturing division of Modern Builders Supply. Founded in Youngstown, OH, the company has been in business over 60 years. We are seeking candidates that will work in a manufacturing plant assembling vinyl replacement windows in Austintown, Ohio.
JOB DUTES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to work on an assembly line performing repetitive tasks;
- Follow directions accurately;
- Must be efficient and timely;
- High commitment to workplace safety;
- Ability to work and communicate well with others.
REQUIREMENTS
- Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods, working in a space that lacks climate control and/or lifting objects with an established maximum weight;
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
- Ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs;
- Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
JOB BENEFITS
- Starting pay rate of $17 per hour with potential increases every 90 days, up to $19.58 per hour;
