Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers while maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Ensure office, conference rooms, and kitchen areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate office plant and foliage maintenance with third-party vendor
- Manage and replenish office supplies, groceries, and sundries inventory.
- Coordinate building access and schedule office maintenance work orders as needed.
- Maintain employee access to Intranet portal documents in collaboration with the IT department.
- Track and manage the credit card payment log and purchase order log.
- Receive, sort, and distribute office mail and handle FedEx/UPS shipments.
- Oversee wireless phone lines and ensure timely monthly payments.
- Maintain business licenses and ensure compliance with business entity regulations.
- Coordinate employee travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation bookings.
- Organize customer training and visit logistics, including travel arrangements, lodging, transportation, and catering services.
- 2-4 years of experience as a receptionist or office administrator in a high-tech office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- High school diploma required; college coursework or an AA degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
