Duties :

Consistently make a high volume of outbound calls to generate leads, schedule appointments, and promote Plumbing and HVAC services to potential customers

Lead and helping us build our membership base

Answer inbound calls with a warm, professional, and helpful attitude.

Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with confidence.

Meet or exceed call volume and booking goal

Job Requirements :

1 years' experience in outbound call center setting

Sales skills is a must!

Team player who is willing to go the extra mile!

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Aptitude for technical knowledge with high level of attention to detail

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (or willingness to learn).

HVAC, Plumbing, or home service industry experience is a plus but not required!

This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime as needed to meet customer demands
