Responsibilities :

The HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for installing, servicing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Technicians must be qualified to perform the tasks of system cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC units including but not limited to furnaces, air handlers, indoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, and humidifiers, while working under minimum or no supervision. They also install outdoor coils and outdoor units, as well as repair refrigerants, and compressors. Technicians will be responsible for performing maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs of the air quality systems from installation to end-of-life. The team lead provides leadership and support to Service Technicians in the field to ensure customer needs are being met efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. Provides coaching and training to HVAC Technicians on their work teams.
