The Comfort Advisor conducts in-home evaluation consultations focused on HVAC, comfort and efficiency as well as plumbing retrofit projects. Diagnose customers’ HVAC units, consult customers on their needs and wants, advise customers on safety concerns regarding their home’s HVAC units and lead customers to informed and confident decisions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Complete inspection of customer's HVAC unit(s) or plumbing problems.
- Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to gain new referrals and repeated business.
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-maintained vehicle.
- Conduct follow-up marketing after a purchase and/or a sales call to build a strong customer relationship.
- Understand the service criteria and be accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Exceptional work experience.
Certifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
