22-25 per hour commission (DOE).

Who we are looking for :

Self-Starters : A self-starter is a highly motivated and proactive individual who takes initiative, works independently, and drives tasks forward without needing constant supervision.

5-Star Customer Service : Valuing customer service ensures trust, satisfaction, and long-term relationships by delivering professional, courteous, and high-quality service that meets the customer's needs.

Driven : A highly motivated individual is someone who proactively troubleshoots issues, continuously seeks to improve their skills, and efficiently completes installations, repairs, and maintenance with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties :

Diagnose and offer solutions to customers for drain related issues.

Diagnose drain problems using proper inspection tools.

Light plumbing repairs for residential and commercial customers

Clean drains using proper protocols and following safety practices.

Safely use equipment such as electric snakes and high-velocity water jets for inspecting.

Work with assigned Field Supervisor for underground camera, locating and repair

estimating.

Take accurate notes before, during, and after each job, collect payment as needed.

Ensure proper documentation of activities.

Maintain Essential Equipment to be in excellent working order.

Maintain Company Supplied truck and its inventory, cleanliness, and organization.

Other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Must have at least 2 years of plumbing experience (residential or commercial).

Must understand Plumbing and Construction language and terminology.

Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Aptitude for technical knowledge with high level of attention to detail.
