Who we are looking for :
Sales Generators : Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive conversions. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.Self-Starters : A self-starter is a highly motivated and proactive individual who takes initiative, works independently, and drives tasks forward without needing constant supervision.Relationship Building : Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.5-Star Customer Service : Valuing customer service ensures trust, satisfaction, and long-term relationships by delivering professional, courteous, and high-quality service that meets the customer's needs.Driven : Results-focused, enthusiastic about meeting challenges, and consistently push themselves to achieve and surpass sales goals.Duties :
Actively prospect and generate leads for sewer-related products and services, including sewer line repairs, replacements, and maintenance.Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, focusing on residential, commercial, and industrial customers.Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored sewer solutions.Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients, showcasing products and services that meet their specific requirements.Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.Maintain a deep understanding of sewer systems, products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.Stay up to date with technological advancements, regulations, and best practices in the sewer industry.Educate customers on the importance of proper sewer maintenance and the benefits of services like inspections, cleaning, and repairs.Job Requirements :
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the sewer, plumbing, construction, or related industries.Experience selling sewer, plumbing, or home improvement services / products is a plus.Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts and projects.At Polestar Plumbing Heating & Cooling you will be appreciated by your team, our customers, and have a direct impact on the success of the entire organization.
