Who we are looking for:

• Self-Starters: A self-starter is a highly motivated and proactive individual who takes initiative, works independently, and drives tasks forward without needing constant supervision.
• Attention to Detail: It is crucial in the Sewer Install Technician role to ensure accurate pipe installation, proper alignment, and compliance with local codes, all while preventing future issues and ensuring long-lasting system performance.
• 5-Star Customer Service: Valuing customer service ensures trust, satisfaction, and long-term relationships by delivering professional, courteous, and high-quality service that meets the customer's needs.
• Driven: A highly motivated individual is someone who proactively troubleshoots issues, continuously seeks to improve their skills, and efficiently completes installations, repairs, and maintenance with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Install new sewer lines and systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Inspect and troubleshoot existing sewer systems to identify issues or required repairs.
• Ensure all installations meet local codes and regulations.
• Operate heavy machinery and tools safely, including backhoes, trenchers, and pipe cutters.
• Dig trenches, install pipes, and ensure proper alignment and slope for sewer systems.
• Test installed systems to ensure proper function and drainage.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain work being done and any additional issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to safety, quality control, and customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in sewer installation or plumbing (minimum of 2 years preferred).
• Knowledge of sewer systems, installation techniques, and local codes and regulations.
• Ability to operate construction equipment and hand tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Certifications:

• Valid driver’s license.
