This internship will be located in our Mahwah, NJ headquarters where we embrace a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

Let us describe the challenge we offer

The Customer Experience Intern will have the opportunity to perform deep dive analysis of customer interactions, service trends, and operational data to enhance the overall customer experience. You will get hands on experience working with our front-line teams by providing feedback and insights into customer inquiries, service performance, and process improvements. Through research and analysis, you will identify areas of opportunity to enhance customer interactions across our retail network. You will directly contribute to our customer experience team by improving data quality across our customer surveys, Power BI reporting, and internal retail tools.

What you’ll do

  • Generate, analyze, and maintain Salesforce reports to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Analyze call center performance metrics, including call volume, wait times, customer satisfaction, and agent productivity, to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify enhancements in reporting processes and share feedback for automation solutions to improve accuracy and speed of case handling.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover sales opportunities, quality feedback, customer behaviors, and market trends across customer experience departments.
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and automation to ensure accuracy and consistency in call center reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with members of our North American team to share findings and insights to drive insights across the organization.

Who you are

  • Current student or recent graduate in a Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing or related field.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for turning data into actionable insights that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Passion for customer experience and using data driven insights to create change.
  • You are a self-starter and are energized by problem solving.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI reporting tools and data visualization tools.
  • Experienced in automating data processes, ensuring accuracy, and implementing data-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong time management skills, able to prioritize competing tasks.
