Come join us at the PAL of Delaware in Hockessin by helping to Support our youth!

You will be responsible for doing the following while you are here :

  • Build positive relationships with youth participants, acting as a mentor and role model.
  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and engagement of youth throughout their time at the facility, from arrival to parent / guardian pickup.
  • Support participants with homework assistance and encourage a positive learning environment.
  • Identify and address any building needs or cleanliness issues, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.
  • Foster open communication with parents and guardians to ensure they are informed of their childs progress and activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing concerns and providing updates as needed.

    • The hours are 2 : 00pm - 6pm daily, with weekend opportunities available.
