Police Executive Research Forum

The Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) is seeking a Senior Principal to oversee policy / research projects and draft written reports, joining a team of collaborative leaders and doers from a range of backgrounds who are united by an urgent need to make a difference in policing and public safety.

Key Responsibilities :

PERF Senior Principals are central to the organization’s success. Working with a diverse team, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities :

• Directing and drafting written reports and overseeing project planning and implementation in collaboration with policing officials, expert consultants, and PERF staff
• Supervising project staff
• Collecting and analyzing data
• Assisting with proposal writing, fundraising, and grant monitoring to meet reporting requirements and deliverables
