Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Alpharetta, GA. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team, assisting customers, maintaining communication with clients, and organizing sales documents. The role involves daily interactions with both internal teams and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales team with planning, preparation and producing top tier sales presentations (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Gather, input, and maintain omni-channel (online, retail, and distribution) item creation content and digital assets
- Coordinate, gather and ship sample and materials to customers
- Gather and summarize weekly reports
- Ability to learn and master multiple retailer portal process and procedures
- Strong Communication Skills
- Support sales and marketing with daily activities
- Excel, Power Point proficiency is a must
Qualifications
- Must have supported a sales leader at some time
- Exceptional interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Point of Sale data experience
- Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Sales and Organization Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
