Mission :

As a Partner Success Manager, Life and Health Channel   at PolicyBind, your mission is to build lasting relationships with our clients by delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions tailored to their needs. Must Have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in account management or a related role, preferably in the insurance industry and / or marketing lead space.
  • Must have experience in Performance Marketing
  • Must have at least 1-2 years working in the Life and Health Insurance space with no introduction to national accounts needed.
  • Proven track record of managing large client accounts and achieving revenue targets by deepening existing relationships by understanding the unique needs and challenges of key accounts, delivering tailored solutions, and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions.
  • Develop and present account strategies, forecasts, and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular account reviews (QBRs) and ensure the timely delivery of services and projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Mentor and support junior account managers, fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Key Competencies :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Industry Knowledge : Strong knowledge of digital media channels and advertising platforms
  • Agile : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Organization : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Client-Centric Focus : Prioritizing client needs and delivering outstanding service.
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies for account growth.
  • Problem Solving : Proactively addressing challenges and finding solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaboration : Working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software, Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot and Google Suite
