Key Responsibilities Include:
- Investigating, evaluating, and resolving medical malpractice claims (hospitals) of the utmost severity and complexity.
- Expertly managing coverage issues and negotiating settlements within your authority.
- Directly engaging in settlement negotiations and overseeing litigation processes.
- Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the claims process.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge in Medical Malpractice Claim. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in handling Hospital Claims.
- Proven track record of professional achiement
- Adjusters license or J.D. from a reputable institution.
