Core Responsibilities:
1. Build relationships with new and current members and provide expert guidance through the
mortgage process.
2. Collaborate with real estate agents and professionals to ensure a seamless experience.
3. Stay ahead of industry trends and regulations.
4. Contact members to discuss loan needs.
5. Evaluate credit and financial histories.
6. Determine the best loan products for the potential applicants.
7. Conduct preliminary qualifications and asset requirements.
8. Review and submit loan applications and complete supporting documentation.
9. Stay in contact with applicants throughout the loan process to update them on the status of their
loan application and resolve any issues.
10. Manage multiple loan applications and deadlines efficiently while ensuring a smooth process for
members and PSFCU.
11. Coordinate with the team to meet the scheduled closing date.
12. Keep accurate records, track loan statuses, and stay organized to manage a high volume of
members and documentation.
13. Any other duties or responsibilities, as required or assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
