Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and other fabrics as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Execute carpet cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Manage housekeeping tasks effectively in both residential and commercial settings.
• Provide custodial services in hotels or similar establishments, ensuring guest satisfaction through cleanliness.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning supplies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and guests.
• Experience in carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices for effective task execution.
• Familiarity with custodial duties in various settings, including residential cleaning and commercial cleaning environments.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Choose your own hours
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities
