What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Customer Success Manager position at POLITICO?
POLITICO is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to provide expertise on the Pro product and offer solutions and initiatives for client needs.
POLITICO Pro is POLITICO's subscription service that arms policy professionals with in-depth policy reporting and a portfolio of tools they need to get the job done. Almost 30,000 policy professionals rely on POLITICO Pro to help them stay informed quickly, act confidently, and communicate effectively.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and manage our pool of new Pro subscribers by working with clients to give them the best experience with their POLITICO Pro service
- Provide clients with a keen understanding of what resources are available to them through their Pro subscriptions, in terms of both the Pro Platform and their Pro service team
- Conduct regular service outreach for new product launchings, major policy events, and other Customer-centric initiatives.
- Measure and monitor client's achievement of critical and key performance indicators, and share findings with our marketing and product teams to improve the POLITICO Pro experience
- Collaborate with our sales team to facilitate commercial opportunities while continuing to service the relationship from the standpoint of Customer Success
- Maintain a solid understanding of the competitive landscape in SaaS products, and distinguishing Pro’s advantages by serving as an expert of our product and a solution for our clients’ needs.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 years of experience in client services, preferably with a SaaS or subscription service product.
- B.A/B.S preferred
- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRMs
- Proven success in hitting and/or achieving revenue targets and quotas
- Commercial skills and business acumen
