Job Summary :
Turn Techs are responsible for preparing vacant rental units for new tenants by completing repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks in a timely and efficient manner. This role ensures that all units meet the companys quality standards before move-in, minimizing vacancy time and maximizing resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Unit Turnovers & Repairs
- Complete general maintenance tasks, including drywall patching, painting, caulking, and minor carpentry work.
- Repair or replace fixtures such as lighting, plumbing, doors, cabinets, and appliances as needed.
- Ensure all HVAC systems, electrical components, and plumbing are in proper working condition before move-in.
- Address any pest control concerns in coordination with the property management team.

Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in property maintenance, apartment turns, or related field.
