What are the responsibilities and job description for the Afterschool Tutor position at Polk County Schools?
PEAK After School Group Tutor
$15-$25 per hour dependent on credentials. Monday-Thursday 3:30-4:30.
10 month work schedule (Months schools are in session)
Key Responsibilities:
Work with students to provide targeted academic support and homework assistance.
Identify and address specific areas where students need additional help.
Communicate regularly with the Site Director regarding students’ progress and any areas of concern.
Complete and submit accurate time sheets on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of core academic subjects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to helping students succeed.
Salary : $15 - $25
