- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phones and help the customer through any questions or concerns they may have
- Respond promptly to customer service calls and email inquiries
- Provide customers with information about products and services
- Maintain proper communication with Management for approvals
- Review orders over and under budget to prevent unnecessary purchasing
- Reach out to customers and other representatives to obtain any missing orders and ensure they are processed before the deadline
- Process, Place and Approve orders
- Communicate with Vendors
- Keep accurate records of customer and Vendor interactions
- Run reporting as requested
- Resolve customer problems and complaints
- Assist other Representatives when necessary
- Send weekly reports to Management
- Any additional tasks that may be requested by manager
- Strong work ethic with a drive to be proactive
