We’re looking for a knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resources team within our Pheonix, Arizona office.
As a Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering HR solutions that align with business goals, foster a positive and engaging work environment, and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies. You’ll be a trusted partner to both leaders and employees, providing expert guidance on performance management, employee relations, and talent development. Your contributions will help create a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from job postings and screening to interviews and hiring decisions.
- Partner with managers and stakeholders to assess hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and attract top talent.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead investigations, resolve workplace conflicts, and drive engagement and retention initiatives.
Compliance & Regulation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations, minimizing legal risks.
- Conduct audits of HR policies and practices to align with local, state, and federal requirements.
Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisals, goal-setting, and improvement plans to align employee performance with business objectives.
- Identify training needs and implement development programs, including succession planning strategies.
HR Benefits, Safety & Administration
- Act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers, addressing concerns and ensuring accurate payroll processing.
- Conduct compensation analysis and implement competitive pay structures.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to support business and employee needs.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Broad knowledge and demonstrated experience in compensation and benefits, training and development, full cycle recruitment, retention, and recognition
- Strong knowledge and understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- An excellent understanding of employment legislation and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft applications – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Share Point
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
