The primary responsibility of the Front of House Team Member, Cashiers is to deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding guests through our menu and supporting them in finding the perfect meal.
The primary responsibility of the Front of House Team Member, Cashiers is to deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding guests through our menu and supporting them in finding the perfect meal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new and repeat guests with a smile every visit
- Demonstrate expertise on all menu items to make personalized recommendations and answer questions
- Verify each guest order for accuracy, manage take-out orders, process POS transactions, and follow cash handling procedures
- Operate the cash register and maintain accurate change
- Count register before and after each shift with management to ensure no discrepancies
- Support front-line food preparation procedures such as packaging and taking orders to tables
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality products
- Work collaboratively with others and communicate effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Follows and adheres to all safety rules, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be fluent in English & Spanish
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in similar roles
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
