- Any college coursework or 2 years equivalent customer service experience
- Familiarity with MS Windows and Office applications
- Being the front lines on the phones, email, webchat and our web form for customer inquiries
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Familiarity with Hootsuite and Review Trackers (strongly preferred but not required)
- Analytical - Collects and researches data and help prepare weekly reports.
- Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics
