Job Description
The Systems Administrator is a customer facing position requiring the successful candidate to interact with clients in person and on the phone on a regular basis. The primary function of this position is to provide professional, efficient, and friendly remote technical support to clients in Augusta, GA and the surrounding areas. Clients are spread across many different business verticals and, as such, this position requires great adaptability and multi-tasking skills.

Required:
This position can be in-house, on-site, or a combination of both. Most work will be completed in a climate-controlled office environment. This position requires the candidate to spend most of their time working on or with computer equipment, telephones, multi-function printers, and other peripheral equipment.
Expected Hours:
This is a full-time position for five, eight-hour workdays (40 hours) per week. A one-hour lunch break is provided but may not be at the same time each day. This position will also participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support requests.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Network & Server Administration
- Cybersecurity Monitoring, Auditing, and Response.
- Receive and document incoming IT service requests from clients or internal escalations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate service requests as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Follow standardized processes and procedures for the documentation, resolution, and escalation of service requests.
- Work within a system administration team, under the supervision of others, to provide exceptional response and resolution times to all clients.
- Most service requests will be related to Azure, Office365, Windows Server operating systems, advanced network configurations, or LOB software applications.

- Must have intermediate to advanced experience with the following:
- Computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Server hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Network concepts and services such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, NAT, and VPN.
- Installation and troubleshooting of peripheral devices and software.
- Configuration and support of cloud solutions such as Office365, AWS, and Azure.
- Server applications and services such as SQL, RDS, and IIS.
Required:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 4 years of professional IT service and systems administration experience
- Must have at least 2 certifications from vendors such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco
- Associates Degree or better in a related field
- Advanced Certifications from vendors such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco
- Experience working in an MSP environment
- Experience with PSA and RMM applications
