Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve high performance and maintain excellent service standards..
- Oversee staff training and development programs to enhance team skills in customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the dining areas.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Support bartending operations as needed, ensuring all beverages are prepared according to company standards.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant or hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong background in costumer service.
- Proven ability to train and develop staff members effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
